STRUGA Sp. z o.o. is a company
with capital from a Dutch investment fund and Polish roots.
The goal of the entity, formed by shareholders from the Opole area with extensive connections in the music and event industry, is to invest in Opole, the capital of Polish song, in a project with a metropolitan format.
After extensive searches, in 2023 the company acquired the former Student Boarding House building on Andrzej Struga Street from the City of Opole to transform it into a mixed-use facility.
By preserving and highlighting the character of the Student Boarding House, the investor intends to give it new features, creating Struga_HUB, a creative space with a unique character unlike anything previously seen in Opole.
